Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@bionicgloves.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Free return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please notify us first before returning an item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If the item has been damaged in transit please notify us as soon as you can from receipt. We may ask you to provided photographs of the damage item and request you to return the item to us via our Free Return service. We will replace any product damaged in transit.

Received incorrect item 
If we have sent the wrong item to you we will send you the correct item by Express Post on the same or next day. We will forward instructions to return the incorrect item to us via our Free Return service. The posting of your correct item will receive Top Priority. 

Exchanges are allowed
If you have received an item that does not fit or is wrong for the intended usage we are happy to exchange for you. Contact us to arrange a free return and exchange for size or model. We will arrange to invoice you through separate channels for an exchange of model that does not include the same pricing. 

Refunds
If you require a refund of your purchase we will forward a Free Return address to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
